Our General Policy: All Sales Are Final

To maintain the quality and integrity of our products, all sales made through the Club Mi So online shop are final. We do not offer returns or refunds. However, we do offer exchanges for our apparel under specific conditions, as detailed below.


Returns & Exchanges

We have different policies for our merchandise (“mi so drip“) and our food items (“mi so happy“).

Exchanges Only. No Refunds.

We want you to love your gear! If you’ve received an item and it’s not the right fit, we are happy to offer an exchange for a different size of the same item, provided it is in stock.

Conditions for Exchange:

  • Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • The item must be in its original, new condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
  • Customers are responsible for the shipping costs to send the item back to us. club mi so will cover the shipping cost of sending the new size back to you.

How to Start an Exchange:

  1. Email our team at orders@clubmiso.com with the subject line “Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number]”.
  2. In the email, please include your name, the item you wish to exchange, and the new size you would like.
  3. Our team will reply with instructions on how to mail your item back to us.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will ship out your new size. If the requested size is out of stock, we will issue you a store credit for the value of the item.

🍜 Mi So Happy (Food & Perishable Items)

No Refunds or Exchanges.

For the health, safety, and quality of our products, all food and perishable item sales are final and non-refundable. We cannot accept returns or offer exchanges on any food items.


Shipping Information

Order Processing

  • Merchandise (mi so drip): Please allow 2-4 business days for us to process and pack your order before it ships.
  • Food (mi so happy): Food orders are for local pickup or delivery only. Please see details below.

Shipping Methods (Merchandise Only)

  • Standard Shipping: Typically arrives within 5-7 business days after processing.
  • Expedited Shipping: Typically arrives within 2-3 business days after processing.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your location. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

Want to skip the shipping? We offer local pickup for both merchandise and food orders at our club mi so location!

  • How it Works: Simply select “Local Pickup” at checkout. You will receive an email notification as soon as your order is ready. Please do not come to the club until you receive this confirmation.
  • Pickup Hours: Monday – Saturday, 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take great care in packing your orders. However, if your order arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect item, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery.

Email us at orders@clubmiso.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will work with you to make it right!
