Welcome to club mi so. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, our membership portal at members.clubmiso901.com, and participation in our events and newsletter, the mi so happening.

By accessing our services or attending our events, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Membership & Accounts

• Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Parents/guardians are responsible for any minor children accessing the “mi so beachy” areas.
• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at members@clubmiso901.com of any unauthorized use of your account.

2. The “Mi So Happening” Newsletter & SMS

• Active Participation: Our newsletter is designed as an “active work-along.” While we provide guidance and tasks, results are not guaranteed and depend on your individual participation.
• Communication Prefences: By opting in, you agree to receive email and SMS communications. You can opt-out of emails via the “Unsubscribe” link and SMS by replying STOP.
• Message & Data Rates: Standard messaging and data rates from your carrier may apply to SMS updates.

3. Events & Physical Liability (Mi So Beachy, mi so sporty, mi so camps)

• Assumption of Risk: Participation in beach activities involves inherent risks (sun exposure, sand, water, etc.). By attending the mi so beachy or mi so camps or subsequent events, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to outdoor elements.
• Supervision: Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. club mi so provides play equipment (buckets, etc.) and activities, but we are not a childcare service.
• Conduct: We reserve the right to remove any individual from the premises or digital portal for behavior that is disruptive, unsafe, or violates our community standards.

4. Payments & Refunds

• Event Fees: Fees for events (e.g., the $5 per person Grand Opening fee) are generally non-refundable unless the event is canceled by club mi so.
• Subscription Fees: If applicable, membership portal fees are billed in advance. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, including the “Mi So” branding, logos, work-along guides, and newsletter materials, are the property of club mi so. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use these materials for personal, non-commercial use only.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Club Mi So shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our digital services or attendance at our physical events.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify members of significant changes via the mi so happening newsletter or a notice on our portal.
